Have bought from this store on multiple occasions over several years - all are gorgeous items particularly the best, softest and most long-wearing muslins/swaddles have found anywhere. Also fab customer service.
The title 'A little tricky' is because my order is still not complete. Part was missing, I sent an email, photos etc. I received what I feel was a genuine apology, mistakes can happen. So far so good..but I'm still waiting, and my replacement I see on the website is now out of stock.
I've sent another email , today . No doubt I will have a reply. As I said , mistakes can happen, but I am disappointed at the lack of customer service.
I must add that this is the first time I've ever written a 'negative ' review. The rest of my order placed on November 4th was lovely! I just want my stacking cups please.
